Hi S., I am a lincenced daycare in the Wyoming area, and I know of several good home daycares in your area. 4c's is a great resorce. They will let you know who has what openings and what kind of envoirment at well as hours and rates. I hope this helps you. If you need any referrals email me at ____@____.com. I have been in the buisness for 8 years and have many friends that are in the area that you are if you need any help finding someone. Good luck and congrats!!

My husband & I live in Hudsonville. We visited quite a few daycare centers & in home daycares & chose Freedom Early Learning Center in Hudsonville on Port Sheldon. Our daughter was born in Jan & starts there in 3 weeks so I don't have an opinion of the actual care yet, but the staff has been wonderful. Cari is the director & she is awesome to work with. Let me know if you have any other questions!

You can also always try the 4C's - you can request referral information right from their website. You specify area, needs, times, etc. They can e-mail and/or mail you the results of your request. I received e-mail results the same day & the mailed results the following day.

There is a Tutor Time in Jenison. My son went to a Tutor Time in Grand Rapids and really enjoyed it - the downside, it is expensive. The daycare is nice and clean and has a security entrance so no one off the street can just walk in. The fences around the play area are very high. Like I said it is quite expensive though, but I thought I would tell you about just because my son went there. (I only took him there a couple days a week, so I afforded it for a while) Good luck.

Getting an early start! Good for you. It's always a good idea to start early, especially with a new born. +)

I recently needed assistance finding care in my area and vistited the Children's Resource Network online. (Link provided below.) It's a great start to locating licenced providers in my area.

Please let me know if I can further assist you.
