Daycare - Children's World
HELP! I currently have my daughter enrolled in Mary Sears in Orland and we are unhappy with them and we want to find another location. I'm looking at Children's World in Frankfort IL. Anyone hear anything good/bad/indifferent!

K.,
I have heard positive things about Children's World and I am currently looking to place my 4 year old daughter in a preschool/daycare and will be visiting them soon. There is also a brand new place called Little Blossoms located in Mokena near LaGrange Rd. and 191st. It is run by a husband and wife, they are having an open house on Sunday, I have heard wonderful things about them as well. I wish you luck.

K.,
Have you ever considred Sandbox? I sent my daughter there for preschool and they were great. Also have you ever thought about a in home daycare? I run a small one from my home in Crestwood, and it really works well for all involved. I know a couple of woman from my kids school in Oak Forest, that also do in home daycare. Just a thought. Good Luck I hope everything turns out well for you.

K.,
I really do not know about Children's World but I have heard nothing negative about it. I also watch children in my home M-F from 7am to 5:30pm. This will be the first time in over four years I will have an opening for the summer. If you are interested I can e-mail you with referrals.

We have been looking at day care all over and I too from what we saw and heard were not good things about Mary Sears in Orland. In my search we have decided on Children's world in Tinley. My little guy is starting there in mid March. Would love to hear why you are not satified with Mary Sears. I did get a lot of positve comments on Childrens World on Oak park.

Hello,
I recently looked into this for my daughter, she's almost 3. I visited the Children's world on 179th and La Grange Rd. I liked it ok, but I didn't get a very good vibe from the lady who was in charge there. I actually just enrolled my daughter at Little Blossoms early education center, it's right off of 191st and La Grange by Mr. Benny's. The people who run it are awesome. The building is brand new, but they've been doing this for quite a few years now. They have a very nice nursery room and when I drop her off, it seems like they are very nurturing and attentive to all of the children. So far all of the teachers are great there. My daughter loves it. When we have another child, which should be within the next year or so, we'll definitely be bringing the baby there. Hope this helps a little bit. Thanks, S.
