My 4 year-old daughter (soon to be 5) is looking to have a "race car birthday" theme. Does anyone have a clue as to what popular themes are around?

What can I do next?

Hi L., just wanted to let you know that I make personalized candy bar wrappers. I have a couple of racing theme wrappers and last month did a NASCAR theme for my nephew.

Hi L.,
check out these webistes
www.amazingmoms.com
www.birthdaypartyideas.com

they are loaded with games, crafts, decorating ideas, food- everything and anything you would ever need. I have had many successful, superhero & princess parties because of their ideas, I am sure there is something on there about race cars- how fun!!!
good luck

If she really wants a race car birthday theme I would check out the party stores first and then go to birthdayexpress.com. Maybe look at it with her and see what she likes. They have so many different themes it is amazing. I am sure they have race car theme birthday items. Hope this helps.

When my daughter turned 3 she wanted a Thomas the Tank Engine Birthday. If you go to Party City there should be like a nascar theme, with just random cars. Now if she likes a certain driver like me and my daughter do i don't know about that. There are so many birthday themes out there it is so hard to pick. we did princesses this year.

Could you use things from the movie Cars? Also, a lot of dollar stores have little inexpensive cars for favors. Try Papermart too, they have great stuff for low prices. Have fun! (And how cool that a little girl likes race cars!)

the movie CARS is a good one ( that was our 4th birthday) and this year is Hot Wheels. Oriental trading has alot of hot wheels stuff and so does ebay.

birthday party express (a catalog) has a bunch of stuff. But Lightning McQueen from cars is really cool.....
Party City and Paper Mart should have that.

Hi L.. Have you tried Party City? I like them and Papermart for birthday party theme stuff (although Party City's prices are a little cheaper for most stuff). I know that they have stuff from the movie Cars, and I think that I remember seeing Nascar themes, too. For less expensive party favors, check out the dollar store for toy cars or sometimes they have chalk or bubbles with a car theme. Also, if you're interested, I have a Lightning McQueen cake pan that I know I won't use anymore. Respond back if you would like it. Good luck!
