While we were waiting for my husband to come home from work my daughter and I fell asleep in our bed. She of course had an accident and now I don't know how to get it cleaned up. What works to get the urine smell out of a mattress?

You can find them at some grocery stores and every petshop
There is this stuff called Odoban. They sell it at Home Depot I think. It kills all smells. We use it on pee, throw up etc. It is also a disinfectant so if the germs creep you out you're covered there too. I would also consider a waterproof cover for your bed. They are like $15 and worth it even if it's just in case. Then all you have to do is wash the sheets.

try blotting it up with a towel first.. then i would try putting carpet stuff on it.. then vacumn it off.. good luck.. rug cleaner will take out the stain too..
I've used nature's miracle for years with our pet. (found at petsmart) then began using it with child accidents too (mattress and carpet). It works awesome on both!
