Curtains - Frisco,TX

Can anybody recommend either a semstress or other place of business that makes curtains and does not charge an arm and a leg?

I had a lady from Hancock fabrics make my daughter's crib comforter and bed skirt, small curtain, diaper sack, and a small pillow. She did it all for $250. I supplied the fabric. She just did it as a side job.
