Crayon ALL over My Walls!!

My older girls left the crayons out where my youngest got a hold of them and did a wonderful master piece(haha) on my kitchen wall. I used the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser on the wall and floor and it got it out. I was wooried it was going to stain but it did the trick.

My children did this to a white, painted wall more than once when they were little. The Crayola company recommended WD-40. It worked wonders.

And, once again another vote for Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. Not only does it get crayon off of walls, furniture, etc., but it has sooooooo many other uses.

Try mr clean magic erasers....the are awesome!!!!!
They did the trick for mine,as well as took marker off my dining table too!
Their well worth the trip to the store,and you can use it on so much....it even removes the black grime on your refrig handles..makes it look brand new.

Try Mr. Clean's Magic Eraser - <$4 for a 2-pack. They're amazing!

I recently had this problem..I just used Mr Clean Magic Eraser..but I think if it won't come off with that, there is a specific cleaner for crayon in the cleaning isle at most grocery stores..

i have found that Mr. Clean Magic Eraser's work on getting everything out! when we first bought our house the previous owners had kiddo's who loved to color on the walls. i just bought some of those and it came right off. they r not very expensive and you can reuse them.

Two simple words: MAGIC ERASER!!!

You can buy it at any store in the cleaning section. When my little one was 2 years old he got black heal polish (impossible permanent stains) ALL over the bedroom and furniture. I was beside myself! If it had been red it would have been mistaken for the Texas Chainsaw Massacre room. Magic Eraser got it all out believe it or not! Of course we never had black heal polish in the house again because he was and still is a climbing fool (that's how he got it in the first place, it was kept up high!) Good luck and keep it on hand as I do for EVERYTHING!

Melaleuca!!! (Sol-U-Mel) If you have never heard of Melaleuca, got to www.melaleuca.com. Have you ever seen 'My Big Fat Greek Wedding'? The Dad uses Windex for EVERYTHING, Well this is the 'Windex' in our home. Sol-U-Mel gets EVERYTHING out/off of ANYTHING.

I totally agree with the Mr. Clean Magic Erasers. I don't know how (it's totally weird) but those things get almost anything off your walls, cabinets, really any surface. I use them constantly to clean my oven, microwave...and of course, the crayon marks (and even MARKER marks) off the walls.

I was going to tell you Mr Clean eraser as well BUT if your walls are painted in flat paint it is going to be almost impossible to get it off no matter what you use. If you dont have just a flat paint then the eraser should work just fine.

THis is going to sound really funny, but if the magic eraser doesn't work, try lighter fluid....just put some on a rag and then it will come off the wall....This is what I used when my boys were little before they had the magic eraser...I'm not sure how it will effect the flat walls, so you may want to try it in a spot that won't show first. Hope this helps!

Magic Erasers by Mr. Clean work wonders on crayon marks. I haven't tried crayon on walls yet, but it takes it right off of tables and desks when other things won't. I've also used the erasers on my walls for scuff marks and such. They come in a box and look like white foam erasers (a little smaller than chalk board erasers). I use them on a lot of different things.

The VERY same thing just happened to me. We bought a home, brand new, NEVER been lived in and our 3 year little girl decided we didn't need to paint or wallpaper new wall..."crayon is much better" were the words from her silly mouth. Anyhow, I have a girlfriend who owns a prefessional cleaning business and she told me to "over the counter rubbing alcohol" and it worked wonders!! It took the crayon off and a couple of the scuffs the movers had left behind. Best of luck to you!!!

If the walls are washabe, you can use a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. It worked really well getting marker off of my countertops! If you're paint isn't washable (like mine), just repaint over it. Hope it helps!

My children did this years ago - crayon and pen - after they spend time with me when I was painting a mural. I should have known as they were waaaay too quiet. Hair spray will remove it....just spray it on, let it soak in a bit and rub off....I wish I had remembered to take a pic of it but we were in a rental then and I did not want the manager to see it...

Of course, everyone has said Mr. Clean Magic Erasers, and I totally agree!! Amazing product. I had the exact same thing happen to me, on MANY surfaces. The Eraser worked on everything except flat paint. If your walls have any sheen to them, it will work, magically, before your eyes. If they are flat, it will turn the crayon marks into colored smudges, but the good news is, a retouch with the flat paint over it will completely hide the former crayon marks. Normally, you cannot paint over crayon because it will bleed through, so will any of the greasy cleaners used to get it out. But if you use the Eraser over the crayon, turn it into the smudge, then paint, IT WORKS! It has been about 5 months since I did this, and it is still not bleeding through.

Yes its amazing ! Mr. Clean Eraser do work magic and the other brands don't work as well.

Its taken crayola off the walls, marker off the toy box,
it helped the nick marks on the walls from the kids toys and stuff. After I got my 1st box and I saw it worked on the walls with the crayon I started going around the house to see what else I could try it on.

Since I have a 3 yr old and 18 mo old its helped saved walls and furniture.

Hair spray works! Spray on and rub off.

you go to walmart and you get this thing called mr clean magic earser it works well . i use it my self caue i got a year old and 2 year old who loves to marck on the walls take off pen ,penical,and markers, you can even use it in the bathroom. thanks E.
