Can anyone tell me a good preschool for my three year old son. We will be moving to the Cranston area in January and want to try and line something up. Thanks!!!

My son attends Western Cranston Learning Center on Natick Ave in Western Cranton (where Natick and Phenix meet). It is a wonderful school. My son is in his second year there and my 2 year old will be going when he turns 3 as well. The teachers and staff are wonderful and the school is very clean. I would also reccommend Pumpkin Patch on Comstock Pkwy. Good luck!
the previous poster gave great recommendations. i know st davids on the hill has atleast a years waiting list.
other places are safer start, learning brooke, and a new one opened a couple months ago called gingerbread house.
where in cranston are you? im in knightsville.
candy cane preschool is really nice. it's on olney arnold rd. i actually taught there and would recommend it.
others i hear good things about: st. david's on the hill, pumpkin patch, st. ann's (i went there as a kid), and there is one on phenix ave in cranston which i'm not certain of the name. i think it's called something like western cranston early learning center. it's right off the highway. they are all actually fairly close to the highway. all these preschools are located in western cranston. good luck!
I also live in Cranston, but my kids go to a preschool in Johnston, called Kindercare. We have been there for over 5 years (my son now goes after school, while my daughter is still there full time). They have a great program and great teachers. Also, it's the only one I've found that stays open until 6pm. Most others close at either 5pm or 5:30pm, which was hard for me. Good luck.
