Coupon Clubs

Hello!

I know I've seen posts on this in the past, but coulnd't find them! I wondered if any of you know the websites for the coupon savings, or the sales at all the local grocery stores.

My other question is about Farmer's Markets...have you been to any in the East Valley and how good (Or not so good!)are they?

Thanks so much!

I have the best websites for coupons savings to be refundcents.com which charges for access, but you will save big. It is so worth it. The other site is bensbargains.net which also has some coupons, website discount codes and website deals are posted daily. Ben's bargains is free.

You can join www.couponsense.com (there is a small fee per month like $10-$15). There is a free class at the grocery store where they walk you around and show you how to save with the coupons, the store doubling the coupon, and the in store specials. They send you an email every week (I think it is every week) that shows all the specials that you have coupons for and for all the local grocery stores. The goal is to buy about 4 of each item when they are at their lowest price. Then when you need stuff you can shop from your own little grocery store (aka your pantry). They suggest you get 4 Sunday newspapers so you can get 4 coupons each week (or maybe you have friends that you can have their coupon flyers). They have a video on their website so you can see just how it works.

I joined www.couponmom.com (no fee). They give you a list of Fry's Grocery Store prices plus they tell you what flyer the coupon is in. They even give you a list for Target, Walmart, Walgreens and CVS. All I have to do is when I get my coupons in the newspaper I put the date on the top and file it away. Then when I'm ready to go shopping I go to this website and decide if there are any specials I want to jump on. That is when I go to the flyer that has that date they had listed for that coupon and I cut the coupon out. It is that easy and it is free! Channel 3 news talked about how great this website was. That is how I found out about it.

Hope this helps you!

I love www.thegrocerygame.com! You can sign up for as many stores in your area as you want and each week she posts a list with the best sales and what coupons to use. So you do have to clip coupons, which I know I needed to do anyway. You should check it out to see if it's what you're looking for.

I don't know much about coupon websites or clubs, but I love, love, love the Superstition Ranch Market on Greenfield and Main. I love the quality of their fruits and vegetables and they also offer other items such as some beans, rice, canned items, etc. Everytime I go there it is really busy, so others must like it to:)

I have thought about doing a produce co-op and I can give you the information if you would like. It is ran by a few girls that I know and a few other friends are involved with it as well. I can't speak for the quality or what you get,but I know that they all rave about it and say the there is enough produce to last at least two weeks.

If you get the information, would you mind forwarding the info to my email? I would truely appreciate it. With this economy, any bit of savings helps. Sincerely- S. ____@____.com

Go to http://kez999.com/main.html and they have a bargain page link on Beth and Bill's blog that has a number websites for coupon websites and store flyers.

I agree the superstition ranch market is great. The one off of Power and Warner(I think) is good too. I also participate in the Bountiful Baskets Co-op. It is only $15 for both fruits and vegetables. You get far more then what you would spend in the grocery store. If you are interested, go to Bountifulbaskets.org to order. They have several locations around the valley. I go to the one off of Power and Guadalupe. The next co-op is scheduled for next Saturday.

I'm afraid I don't know of any Coupon Clubs, but let us know if you find out about any.

I have a lot of experience doing the "pinching your pennies", and other coupon clubs, but I have found, that just simply AD-matching at Walmart saves me the most time and money (at least 30$ or more per weekly trip). I will also use coupons on top of an ad-match--(wal-mart matches ad-prices from the other circulated grocery ads). I found that the coupon clubs only provided me with a lot of coupons for junk food like candy, chips, and fruit rollups (things I don't need or really want to feed my family). I would waste money buying those things just becuase they were a good deal, and that is a bad trap to get into. The best way to save is to get the coupon cirulations from the Sunday paper either at a news dispenser stand (Sunday leftovers get put out on Wednesdays and are free for the taking)--and then go through your ads each week and make lists of which grocery stores have the best prices on what you WANT--then hit the Wal-mart with your list & your coupons...(it makes for easy one-stop shopping!) Good luck. Hope that was helpful. Also, the Farmer's market on Higley/Main is great. I get a whole cart of great stuff and only spend about 20$/trip. I also love it becuase the money goes to our local farmers who really deserve it (and becuase local farm laborors are paid so little).
