You should set an appt with your OB-GYN re the abnormal pap smear. That is nothing to play with. It could be the first signs that you may develop uteran cancer. That's how it happened with me; first an abnormal pap smear and next thing you know, cancer. Please look into that further.

If you're thinking appendix, then you need to head to the ER.

Maybe you have the flu.
Why don't you go to the doctor and find out?

Even if we knew, you still need to go in. Stomach pain is not something to mess with especially if it's your appendix.

The only part I can relate to is migraines - and while I get nausea, there's absolutely no stomach pain or feeling of being pregnant. Or appendicitis.

Go get checked. good luck

You need to either see another doctor or get your doctor to take your symptoms more seriously. You shouldn't feel nausea and chills on a regular basis, and something should be done about your abnormal pap.

I'm thinking you should be seeing a doctor. When was your last full check-up? You should not be diagnosing yourself - there's a huge difference between a hernia and appendicitis! Call your primary care physician now, and ask to be seen immediately. If they can't take you today, get a nurse or the doctor to call you back, and outline the symptoms. Don't suggest diseases or conditions - just list all the symptoms. It's not "normal" to have headaches just because some people in your family have migraines, for example. You need a diagnosis for that. Don't skip mentioning those because you've decided they're irrelevant! Get in to be seen asap.

Please talk to your doctor. I would be a fool to start to speculate on a total stranger's health. If you think it's your appendix, then go to the doctor and ask them to test for that.
