K., I'm a 43 yr old mother of 3 girls and live in the Waldorf area. I have extremely sensitive skin and my middle daughter suffers from acne. If aging skin is a concern, 1 main advice I can give is drink PLENTY of water, cut down on sugar and salt, and try to avoide extreme sunlight for long periods of time. I love the beach so that's hard for me to avoid during the summer months. I also use Oil of Olay Hydrating cream in the morning and at night before going to bed. It moisturizes without feeling greasy or clogging pores.
