Hi Ladies!

I am looking for easy but delicious cookie recipes! Specifically chocolate peanut butter, but really anything!

So What Happened?

Thanks ladies! I made Grace's chocolate peanut butter cake mix cookies and they were easy and super delicious...I'm already being asked to make more for people! I will try some of the other recipes next time we are in the mood!

Hi, I just makes the nestle toll house recipe for chocolate chip cookies, using 1/2 chocolate chips and 1/2 peanut butter chips. My kids love these. I just might have to bake some tonight!

Most Delicious Sugar Cookies EVER!
Cream together 1 1/4 cups sugar and 1 cup butter
Beat 3 egg yolks & 1 teaspoon of vanilla, add to above mixture.
Add 2 1/2 cups flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon cream of tarter.

Stir all together and drop by spoonfuls onto baking sheet. I use a larger spoon to make three inch diameter cookies.
Bake at 350 for 10-11 minutes.

Promise, you can not get enough!

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cake Mix Cookies

1 whole Box Of White Cake Mix (18 Ounce Box)
2 whole Eggs
⅓ cups Water
¼ cups Softened Butter
15 ounces, weight Peanut Butter
12 ounces, weight Chocolate Chips

Preparation Instructions:

Pre-heat oven to 375º. Beat the eggs and then mix in the water. Whip to mix in the butter. Add half of the box of cake mix and all of the peanut butter and beat until light and fluffy. Add the second half of the cake mix and stir until mostly combined. Add chocolate chips and continue stirring until thoroughly combined. Drop the batter onto greased cookie sheet by rounded teaspoonfuls. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until done. Cool on cookie sheet about 5 minutes, then transfer to cooling rack.

Easy Lemon Cookies

1 box Lemon Cake Mix (18 Ounce Box)
2 whole Eggs
½ cups Canola Oil
1 container Lemon Frosting (16 Ounce Container)

Preparation Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl combine cake mix, oil and eggs. Mix well until lumps disappear and batter is cake-batter consistency. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet and bake 8 to 10 minutes until set. Remove from oven and let cool 2 minutes. Remove from pan to wire rack. Frost with lemon frosting when completely cooled.

Molasses Cookies (recipe from my childhood – yummy!)
Preheat oven 375
2 Cup sifted flour
2 tea baking soda
½ tea cloves
½ tea powered ginger
½ tea cinnamon
½ tea salt

1 egg
¼ cup molasses
1 Cup sugar
¾ cup shortening (melted)
sugar (optional)

Sift dry ingredients together. Mix sugar, egg, molasses together and add to melted shortening. Add dry to liquid ingredients. Chill in refrigerator. Cut pieces off and roll into chestnut size spheres. Roll in sugar (optional). Bake 8-10 minutes until no puffiness in center)

Ingredients
• 32 individually wrapped caramels, unwrapped
• 5 tablespoons heavy cream
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 cup rolled oats
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 3/4 cup butter, melted
• 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt together the caramels and heavy cream, stirring occasionally until smooth.
2. In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, oats, brown sugar, baking soda and salt. Stir in the melted butter until well blended. Press Half of the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking pan. Reserve the rest.
3. Bake the crust for 8 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove and sprinkle with chocolate chips and walnuts. Pour the caramel mixture over the top and then crumble the remaining crust mixture over everything.
4. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 12 minutes, or until the top is lightly toasted. Cut into squares while it is still warm.

Oh boy have I got the recipe for you. My husband and I LOVE these, and the dough also freezes well! Just put in freezer bags and them defrost completely and roll into balls when ready to use. I use crunchy PB because we like the nuts in the cookies and I also press them down with a fork instead of leaving them in balls.
