Consignment Swap/Sale

this is a great idea! Sometimes you can rent a space at a recreation park for a couple of hours for like $50...you could put a $5.00 per person fee to come and join in on the selling and buying to help pay for the spot.
I live in Garland and I know the recreation centers here do this...I'm not sure where you live but if you'd like I can check into the ones here.

Great idea! I too tend to purchase higher quality clothes and my daughter only wears them once and some even still have the tags on them! Shame on me. I just bought new big girl furniture for her and now have a lifetime crib (crib/daybed/full bed) and dresser that is in excellent condition that I need to sell. If you pull something together and it includes furniture, please let me know.

I'm not too sure about the space and time but I have some of my 12 yr olds barely worn Abercrombie ($48) jeans that I wm not willing to sell at a garage sell or consignment shop for $2. A couple of shirts still have tags on them because she bought out of season. Also have good shoes, coats and roller blades.

That is a wonderful idea! I would love to come shop as well. I unfortunately just sold/donated all of my little girl's winter wardrobe to Divine Consign. I am very interested in participating next year or next time you have it! Please keep us updated.

OMG, I had the same thoughts after doing Divine Consing last year. I would be interested and I have some ideas on planning. Most of the reponses have been about girl stuff... My problem is I have boy things and crave other boys items. I have some winter stuff b/c I didn't do consigment this year. I live in Frisco. Maybe we could do a small event (test) in October and plan for the first real event for spring? contact me. I work from home and can help plan, send emails, etc.

Hi S., I think that is a great idea! As a matter of fact, my friend and I just got done with divine consign last week (as consigners) and made the same comment ourselves. What about a park in a central location that has some kind of covered space? I think they are free to rent or at least very cheap. I would be willing to help with the planning, brain storming or setting up. Let me know
