Comcast for Phone Service

We have comcast with all 3 services and love it. We have had it for over a year now and switched from Vonage. Please don't get Vonage!! No matter what the savings in our experience it NEVER worked like comcast and their customer service was horrible. I highly recommend Comcast for everything!

Hi C., we have the "triple play" or whatever Comcast calls it: phone, high-speed internet, and cable. We recently moved from Connecticut and had just the internet and cable out there, but we had always stayed with an AT&T or SBC for phone service b/c we were afraid of the unknown with a voip service (Comcast, Optimum, etc.). Well, we love the phone service - we really can't tell a difference from the standard phone company service. The 3-in-1 package has really helped save money as well. We were told by Comcast that if we have a power outage, we still have 12 hours of standby, which is comforting in case we need to make emergency calls or receive calls. All in all, I'd say go for it! I figured if we hated it then we would just switch back to a standard phone company, but so far it's been great. Best of luck.

We use all 3 of their services(cable, internet, and phone) and we have been very happy with all of it. It's convenient to pay for all 3 services in one bill. We are very satisfied with their service, online billing, and quality of their products. Hope this helps.

I have all three with Comcast and I love it. Nice to not have a machine sitting on the counter top to take messages for my home based business. Go with it. Also great to have 1 bill for all 3 services.

I have phone, cable, and internet service with Comcast for the last 2-3 years and have had no issues. Highly recommended.

We have been using it for about a month now and have no complaints.

It was cheaper to get the bundle deal for the internet, phone and cable than it was to pay for just our phone line.

Even when the intro price goes up, it is still a good value.

I just got the phone service last week. I am a current high-speed internet (HSI) customer. I am going to save $40/month on my phone bill. One of my neighbors has it and was pleased and I took her recommendation.

Make sure they install it in a place convienent for you. Also, if you own your cable modem box for HSI, you might not need it any more (ie sell on eBay). You have to have a special box for the phone and they lease that to you at $5/month (probably the only part that might be a scam).

Also, Comcast was my only HSI option as I live in a rural subdivision and can't get DSL.

We have it and except for occassional outages (it may just be our area) it's great. It's much less expensive from SBC.

We have Comcast for all three services - highly recommend. We haven't had a single issue with the services or company. Wish you all the best.

Just recently got the phone service, we too have the internet and cable. Have had no issues with it, and you can keep your same phone #!

We use vonage which uses your internet connection just like Comcast. This is cheaper than Comcast and has all the features you could want included, also we get free local, long distance and some international (e.g. Canada, Mexico and England). We have had no problems and could not be happier with the service.
