Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone could suggest a great coffee machine? Mine was working great, a year old, and then all of a sudden it takes almost an hour to brew 2 cups. I need my coffee! I have cleaned it with water/vinegar, and it will be great for about 2 days then back to slow brew. Any help is appreciated! ;-)

What can I do next?

I was not a coffee drinker until we bought a BUNN Thermo Fresh
It makes the best coffee I got it at Kohls it is expensive 149.00 but totally worth every penny. It makes a pot in 3 minutes.
Have a great day

I just got a membership for gevalia and got a free coffee pot that is really nice and has a time brew option on it so you don't have to wait for your coffee in the morning. I got the coffee pot, an insulated coffee mug, 2 bags of specialty coffee, and a carafe for $22.00. I found the deal in a magazine so next time you stop at the store browse the adds in the magazines for gevalia. You do sign up to receive coffee monthly from them but you get to choose what you want to receive.

This is the one I have http://www.cuisinartwebstore.com/product_detail.asp?HDR=C...

Got it 2 years ago for my first mothers day present (at the time I was not loving the idea of my first mother's day gift as a coffee maker but I do now love it!)

I don't know exactly how long it takes to brew but I know it's under 5 minutes!

We LOVE our coffee machine & I didn't even drink coffee before we received it as a wedding gift. It is a Melita Mill & Brew - It grinds the coffee beans and brews in the same machine. It's simple to use & best of all the coffee is always very fresh. We just brought one on Amazon for my parents & now they are on sale for $40 less than what we paid.

H!

If you want to go a little cheaper, we have had the Melitta Fast Brew for a few years now and LOVE it! It brews in like 3-5 minutes or something and we've never had a problem with it. I think we got it a Target and it was under $40. Maybe under $30. I really is a FAST brew!!

I have a Hamilton Beach Brew Station and I love it!! The coffee always tastes fresh, no matter how long it has sat in the pot. You can find them at Walmart.

We recently bought a Cuisinart and I absolutely love it! It's a little on the pricey side, but worth every penny.

I did a ton of research when buying a machine a few years ago and ended up with a Krups Mokka Brew. We LOVE it. Cost about $90 which is a little expensive, but not too different from other high end machines. It makes fabulous coffee, and fast. Also, it uses LESS coffee to make the same strength, because it is lightly pressurized (after much tweaking with our proportions we use 3 scoops instead of 4 for our big pot full). The caveat is that you really need a good burr grinder and good fresh coffee or it doesn't come out tasting the same. I guess it just depends on the degree of coffee-geekdom that you care to enter.
