Cleaning Wood Floors - Peoria,AZ
I recently moved into a home and it is almost entirely a light colored laminate wood floor. We have tried a store bought product as well as Bona floor cleaner recommended by a couple friends. Well I find that my floor ends up streaky and dull. Does anyone please have something they love??

I also use the Method brand cleaner for hard wood floors. I get it at Target and I love it! I have laminate through most of my home. No streaks and it shines up beautifully.

Swiffers are not good to use because they contain chemicals dangerous for kids and animals. the chemicals can get into the pets' paws.
I use a few different things: through www.qvc.com I purchased microfiber mops (Don Aslet is the brand). You can use them wet or dry and then you throw them into the washing machine. No chemicals needed just water.
I also purchased a Shark Steam Mop at Target. It was around $100 but worth it. You pour water in and use it. It cleans really well too.
Also there are products you can purchase through wowgreen.net and everything is non-toxic and a faint smell. It's amazing how well they can clean. My friend sells the products and they're great!

I have hard wood (not laminate) and use Mop N Glow for various floor types. It's in a blue bottle at the grocery store. Works good on my floors. Good luck!

we also use the swiffer, and if it needs a deep cleaning, I mop it with pinesol the old fashioned way.

I use non-toxic cleaners and have laminate through a good portion of my house. Tile in the rest of the house with a tiny bit of linoleum type floor. I use the same thing on them all and am very happy.

I use swiffer with the special solution they sell for it for wood floors. Then I dry buff it with a towel. You can also try Murphy's Oil. Check your flooring instructions though as some laminate floors cannot be wet-cleaned like this.

I use Method hardwood floor cleaner. You can just spray it on and wipe off. I found the best shine is by putting one of my hubby's old undershirts over a dry mop!

I just use water and a mop! I read that is all you need. Because as you found products can leave streaks.
