Hello moms.....I am seeking advice or suggestions for a cleaning person (or agency) in NW Austin. I live in Avery Ranch and am looking for someone trustworthy and reasonably priced who does a great job. I have twin daughters and both my husband and I work full time.....so cleaning isnt our #1 priority.

I live in Canyon Creek and use Yolanda Rivera ###-###-####. She manages several teams of women who clean for her. She has worked for me for two years and I have been very happy. Most of my neighbors use her as well.

We live in Avery Ranch as well. We use Nova Cleaning. They do a good job for us and there is always three or four people that come out at a time so it does not take very long either. We have them come out every other week and it costs us $110 each cleaning. We have a 3300 sq ft house. Let me know if you have any questions.

I have a lady who cleans for me and always does an excellent job. She is about 30 and is a deaf-mute. Her native language is Spanish but she has had a class in English and understands relatively well. I have a 2 bedroom. 2 bath apartment near LaFrontera and she charges me $60 to clean it. She does an excellent job and she's very trust-worthy. I have given her a doorkey to my place and she has never taken or broken a thing.
Her name is Olga. She lives in the Brushy Creek area off of 620 in Round Rock. She has transportation, but does not have cleaning equipment or cleaning products. I furnish those for her and prefer that because then I know what chemicals are being used in my home.

the lady that heads up my cleaning crew is named Amelia.. I communicate with her & she sends 'crews' out to clean. I have been happy with them, a few times a few things were not that great, but I am also a good cleaner myself so am extra picky.. I just haven't had time to keep up the past year, so we've used them. I knew of her through lots of friends who used her so I trusted them.her # is ###-###-####
reasonably priced too.. my house is 2700 sq ft or so & it is $80 each time, I do twice a month. Good luck.
