Cleaning Lady near Arnold/Imperial?

I am hoping to find someone to come to my house either every week or every other week (depending on rates) to vacuum the whole house (3 floors, about 2400 SF, 4 dogs!) and clean the kitchen and bathrooms (3.5) as well as special other nonregular cleaning. I have never done this before - does anyone know someone they can recommend? I am worried about trusting them in my house (my chair-ridden stepfather is almost always there, so wouldnt be alone), getting someone who will do a thorough good job (the only way I will pay someone is if they can do it better than me - not hard to do, but important :) and finding someone available regularly at a reasonable price (single mom!) who shows up when they say they will (pet peeve) and who has their own transportation. I live in the Arnold/Imperial area near Richardson Road.

Hi J. I clean for the elderly an some of them can't be any more pickier than you could possible be. My customers all have came from st. louis county government center for the elderly which is called core. I charge $12.00 a hour have my own transportation also. Most of mine are every other week just about, My one customer I clean kitchen mop, clean bathroom, an change her bedding. My home phone is ###-###-####,I have had a police check done on me before I could get referals from core for my customers.

We have a very good, dependable cleaning lady who we have been using for over 4 years. She was originally with a company and she was by far the best cleaner of the bunch (we always requested her) and then she went out on her own about a year ago. She is still actively looking for business I think. Spending money to have my house cleaned is some of the best money I've ever spent. Her name is Jessica Awtry and her number is ###-###-####.

You better jump on some of that. I've been doing this for a job for nine years and I charge a minimum of $20 an hour. And Im in your area.
