Cleaning an Electric Oven

Hi all I do my general upkeep on my oven daily and weekly for intense cleanings but I do neglect it a bit during busy times. My oven is electric and of course I know not to spray any type of cleaner on the coils. I typically use vinegar heated in the microwave to clean that. Would the same work for an oven? I don't want to use ammonia and would much rather stick to products such as baking soda, vinegar, or lemon juice. If anyone has any advice it'd be greatly appreciated. I was spoiled as I grew up with a a self-cleaning natural gas oven. Thank you :)

What can I do next?

I would strongly urge you not to use oven sprays like Easy Off. They are so toxic. Shaklee's Scour Off is a non toxic past that works even better. A jar of it lasts me at least a year. And it can be used for so many other things.
Let me know if you are interested.

Is this one self cleaning because they make electric ones as well. You just shut it, it heats up, if you have a small animal you need cremated toss that in as well. Gather up the ashes if you were multitasking with the cremation, if not wipe it down. :)

Otherwise you are going to have to go with an oven cleaner. Awful smell but the only thing that works since that stuff is baked on at high temperatures.

So this one is NOT a self-cleaning oven?
Mine is, and it says to never use ANY kind of cleaners. Just lock it up and set it to 'CLEAN'. That's it. A few hours later, it's done.
