Chiropractor Needed!! - Carrollton,TX
Hi Mama's, I'm looking for a good chiropractor or osteopath for a recurring back problem. We had a great chiropractor but she no longer takes our insurance. I need someone who takes United. We live in Carrollton but Lewisville and Plano are very close and I'd be willing to make the drive if needed. Also, has anyone used an osteopath? I have heard they are licensed doctors, unlike chiropractors, but I don't know much about them. Would you recommend an osteopath over a chiropractor? Thank you for all the help!!

Byroad Chiropractic in Lewisville is fantastic. they were the first people after 5 years of back pain to be able to help me. It is a husband and wife owned practice.

I don't know if she takes United health insurance but it seems like she would. She and her staff are great! It is an all female office.

I have been going to Dr. Jason Venn for over a year, and he set my herniated discs. He is a caring young Christian man, and has helped me so much. Location is in Frisco. Take 121 to Legacy, and he is on the right before you get to Warren. There is a new two story building behind a nursing home and other medical offices. Dr. Venn is on the first floor. His number is ###-###-####. When I ruptured those discs, I found him thru an ad in the Frisco magazine. He was a blessing to me.

I highly recommend Dr. Connie Speece, an osteopath doctor who specializes in manipulation. She is in practice with her father Dr. Conrad Speece who has been an osteopath, also in manipulation for over 30 years in East Dallas. I first went to Dr. Conrad about 14 years ago after exhausting efforts with physical therapy after a snow ski accident. With just two visits, I could walk and sit without pain. Now I just visit Dr. Connie for wellness checkups and if needed, about once a year, for pain relief. They take the time to explain and show me how to correctly do things so that I don't cause pain. Hard to explain - no doctor before cared enough to explain so that I could stop hyperextending my knees and neck, stressing my shoulders. Now I know the little things to do that make a big difference.
They do not process insurance but are very prompt at providing the info to file a claim. Not difficult at all to file your own claims. http://www.backicu.com

I would recommend Dr. Greg Steiner. His office number is ###-###-####. He is great! May technically be in Allen instead of Plano.
