Children's Playground in San Marcos

I was wondering where a good park to bring my 9 month old son would be in San Marcos.

What can I do next?

Hola L.,

Actually there are many parks in our area, name a few Discovery/Lakeview park, Woodland Park, Mulberry park. I take my daughter (4yrs) and my son (8mths) to these parks. Anyways, go to this website www.san-marcos.net and you can check out the park prior going there. Also, it provides you with address and location so you can see whether is close to where you live. Well, hope that helps and have fun!!!

Super Play in Escondido is an indoor playground and party center for children 6 and under. It is super clean and lots of fun. Socks are required for both parents and kids. www.SuperPlayEscondido.com

We are actually having my daughters b-day party at Woodland Park this weekend. It's in San Marcos off Woodland Pky. There is a cute pond with ducks to feed and a path that is paved all the way around it. There are also swings (baby and regular) and a tot lot. It's a fairly large park, I believe there is a school there too. Also, another park is called Mulberry Park off of Mulberry Rd in San Marcos. http://www.ci.san-marcos.ca.us/departments.asp?id=3691
Here is the site if you want to check it out. This one is really neat because it has water that shoots up out of the ground when you push a button to play the water show. The kids love it! There are no swings but there is a tot lot and a little playhouse next to the water fountain.

Hope my suggestions work for you! My daughter just turned two...and she LOVES both of these places.

There are several really nice playgrounds in San Elijo Hills a new development right in San Marcos. You could also meet a lot of nice parents with kids the same age. Take Rancho Santa Fe to San Elijo road Make Left follow it up past water fountain park is on left handside at Schoolhouse road.
