Sometimes with kids an on-location photographer works really well. The child can stay in an element where he/she is comfortable. Marcia Woods is GREAT with kids and she will come to you. She is a mother of three so she knows all about how those little think. She works under the name Moving Stills. She's got some pictures on the internet but I forget the website name. Well it's a bit out of your way but Tom and Togue Uchida are really great. They are located in Bellevue Center Mall near Macy's. It's a father and son thing, both are them are very personable as well as professional. Togue is really well known in wedding circles and is a Master Portrait Painter. You can check out some of their work at www.uchidaphotography.com The best photos are in the blogs. I just had my near two year old photographed there with live bunnies for Easter. The photos turned out quite well. He is usually very shy around photographers but Tom put him at ease immediately. We were nearly finished with the session before he realized what was going on! That was a treat for a Mom who has more that her share of "cute" crying photos :)
