Carmel Corn Recipe
I want to make some carmel corn for my kids and know that you can do it in the microwave but I haven't been able to find a recipe. Does anyone have any easy and quick recipe? Thanks

Here is a super easy recipe..
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
7 large marsmallows
2 cups margarine
Put all together in a microwave safe bowl, cook on full power for 2 minutes, 30 seconds. Remove and Stir. Put back in microwave for 30 seconds more. Remove and pour it over popcorn. ( I usually put the popcorn in a 9 x 13 cake pan for this)
Thats it! I hope you like it!

I dont know how to make the carmel corn in the microwave either, but will second the puffcorn idea...its great because you dont get those pesky husks stuck in your teeth.
It's super yummy!
