My friend worked out with her trainer 5 days a week - got down below her goal weight and finally talked to a plastic surgeon and had her tummy tuck - she looks like she is 25 at 42! Her body is sculpted and fabulous! I am pregnant with my third right now and looking at my 5th abdominal surgery in six years after my next c-section (3 c-sections, bladder suspension and gall bladder surgery) and let me tell you - after I am done breast feeding my third - I am getting my boobs done and a tummy tuck!!!! No two ways about it! Good luck!

Don't have any tips - but I have similar issues - so just sending my empathy. :-/

I just remind myself "that's where my precious child came out of" and while it's not perfect - it is what it is and try to like it anyway!

Three things have to be worked on:

1. Losing the "pooch" above the scar
2. Building lean muscle in this area
3. Restoring the elasticity to your skin

You can solve this through a nutritional program with the proper vitamins and minerals along with exercise. Would be happy to assist. :)

arbonne has an RE9 skin serum and lotion that will help tighten lose skin, but won't get rid of flab. They do have weight loss products that are all natural and botanically based. www.betsycampbell.myarbonne.com

Mine has never gone away. But I'm trying laser thermal something or other... forget what it's called but it tightens your skin. I did it once, but need to do it alot more to see if it'll work and it's not cheap.

Hope someone else has good tips for you or someone else has been thru this laser thing and can really say it works.

tummy tuck, tummy tuck, tummy tuck!

I, too, (or is it 4 now?? LOL) have the same "c-section flab", and from what I've been seeing on DHC (Discovery Health Channel), the only way we're going to be able to get rid of it is to have (OMG!! >gasp<) Plastic Surgery. However, if your doctor can document that it is medically necessary, and not just cosmetic, your insurance should cover most of the cost, depending on your plan.

When does Gus turn 3? My little Noah will be 3 on 4/26! (His brother will be 17 on 4/17!!! (No typos here)

I'll be looking for answers with you!
