Yes. I took them for years after I had children due to my busy draining schedule, even at my doctor's suggestion.

Yeah, they aren't harmful to you in any way and it would be sad to waste them.

yes! trhey are great multi vitamins

Of course you can. They are basically a minimal multi-vitamin.

It depends on your age and other factors, but I wouldn't recommend it unless you talk to your doctor first. There are higher levels of iron, folate, and zinc in prenatal pills and there is always a risk of toxicity (especially from excess iron) which can damage your liver and kidneys. http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/prenatal-vitamins/AN01665

Yes. Your body will take what it needs and process the rest (given of course you body is able to absorb and process as necessary). Please know that supplemenation is necessary for health.

Yes you can, many women use prenatal for their everyday multi vitamin. I've used them for hair and nails, they are an over all good vitamin.J. L,

Sure you can, but they aren't optimal for your health at this point. What you might consider is to give them away on freecycle.org. I did the same thing and there are always people who want vitamins and supplements of all kinds even if they are already opened. Plus, Freecycle is awesome! Just google 'freecycle san diego' and it should come up. It's a yahoo group. HTH
