Hi! I just had my second baby 5 weeks ago and took a prenatal yoga class through Valley Hospital. It was wonderful! There are a few classes which are held at Destination Maternity. I took the Tuesday morning at 10:30 but there is also an evening class. Jane is the instructor and she is wonderful- so knowledgeable. Call Valley Parent Education at ###-###-#### Hope this helps.

The Yoga classes through Valley Hospital are also held at the Kraft center on Essex st. (off Century Road) in Paramus. Jane teaches most of the classes and is a wonderful, experienced instructor, mother of 2, Lamaze Educator and Birth Doula. You will be in very good hands with her teaching!

Congratulations & enjoy your classes.

Naturally Yoga in Glen Rock is awesome. I went there when I was pregnant with my twins and still go there when I can find the time.

I took prenatal yoga and prenatal water aerobics at the YMCA in Ridgewood. I absolutely loved the aerobics class, and other people seemed to think the yoga class was good (I had never taken yoga before, and I realized that it just wasn't my thing). The prices for the classes were reasonable, and you don't need to become a full fledged member of the Y in order to take them...I think that there is a $50 per year registration fee, but don't quote me on the price. They also have a daycare for your older child, but I didn't have a need for that at the time. Best of luck to you!

Naturally Yoga in Glen Rock has a weekly prenatal/beginner yoga class. (I think it is on Tues evenings). You can call them or they have a website-- just google it. the schedule of classes is on the website. I took this class through both pregnacies and afterwards and was very happy with it.
Naturally Yoga is in the small office complex behind CVS on Rock Rd.
