I have mild sore breast NOT CHEST. I have sore nipples when they are touched. I am encountering heartburn too when I feel acid in my stomach and it goes up in the lower end of my throat. I feel like I was punched all throughout my body when I wake up. I feel dizzy. I am craving for something sour. I had an ice cream today just to relieve my dizzy spells. When I lied down, I"m still a little bit dizzy

What can I do next?

It could be a lot of different things you should really seek the advice of a Dr. I had most of the symptoms and it was caused first from Inner Ear Infection and second from Anxiety brought on from the stress of the Dizziness and a few other things. It could be hormone imbalance, you could be pregnant, thyroid and the list goes on so I would really encourage you to see someone right away. Good Luck and I hope you get answeres and feel better soon.

Chest pain, dizziness = doctor

Just from the symptoms you listed I could say 20 different possibles. Some run of the mill no worries, others life threatening.

Call the 24/7 nurse advice line through your hospital. They'll get all your symptoms, have you check a bunch of other things, and tell you whether to go to the ER now, make and appt for monday, or treat at home. Every major hospital I've come across has one.

My first thought was pregnancy. My kids did make me dizzy, so I don't know why someone said that wasn't common. From my understanding, and what my midwife (first child) and doctor (second child) told me, women often become dizzy b/c they can develop anemia when they become pregnant. That being said, the symptoms also remind me of life before I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. Look it up on Mayoclinic.com along with hyperthyroidism and see what symptoms fit. Also, it would be really good to go to an urgent care place and get a few blood tests done to rule out certain things.

Dizziness that won't quit - could be middle ear infection or hypoglycemia. Diabetes? Are you thirsty a lot?
That ice cream or something sweet helps it point to a blood sugar problem.
Sore nipples - could be pregnancy or your period - some sort of hormone fluctuation.
Acid stomach - heartburn, acid reflux.
Generally sore all over - flu.
If it doesn't go away in a few days - go see a doctor.

Could be as simple as the flu which makes you hurt all over but it usually comes with a fever that you do not mention. Could be pregnancy which can come with nausea but not usually dizziness. I have low blood pressure and am often dizzy for very short spells (standing up quickly, etc) but the cravings do not go with that. I would make and appointment with my doctor soon and review all the symptoms together. If you treat every one individually (taking painkillers for soreness, tums for acid, etc) you may miss the overall diagnosis. You probably need a good physical and bloodwork and urine analysis to figure out what could be going on.

My daughter went to a Take Care Health clinic yesterday with most of the problems (don't know about the breast problems). She had strep, have someone look in your throat to see if you have red tonsils with white spots on them, that usually indicates strep.

You may get advice on here but I would recommend seeing your doctor if you feel this is a real concern.

I would say call 24 hour nurse. If you dont have one go to ER. Anything that includes dizzy spells and chest pains is cause for alarm. It may turn out to be indigestion, but wouldnt piece of mind knowing it is not the onset to something more serious ease your mind. It has to be worrying you. Hence why you are up. Some may say a jont to the ER is not necessary at this point..be safe not sorry!!

Your in my thoughts mama!!

I would worry about dizziness and weird sensations as a sign of poor blood circulaiton - I would go to urgetn care. It is proabably nothing assuming you are in good health and young, but you don't want to risk fainint with your kids or while you are driving. Get it checked.
