Does anyone know of any good summer camps that take 5yr olds and that are not ridiculously expensive?

O.: I second Nicole's response. My 3 year old and 6 year old are signed up for the YMCA in our area because it was the only place my 3 year old could go that the 6 year old could also be at. I'm sure every Y is different but everyone seems to have good things to say. The other option would be the park district.
Good luck! L.

Check out the online Summer Camp Guide at www.kidwinks.com - there's a link to it right on the home page. There are hundreds of camps listed, and if you become a member, which is free, you can sort the list by distance from your house.
I also just appeared on ABC News talking about summer camps. Here's a link to the clip: http://www.kidwinks.com/FamilyFun/4/MediaKidwinksintheNew....

Look into the YMCA or local park district in your area.
