if you read the boxes on regular mixes some of them let you substitute applesauce for the other things(like egg/oil)for a healthier option...this may or may not help you...(my son is allergic to milk and does fine with betty crocker mixes).

I know target has some mixes too. also check www.reallygreatfoods.com their cakes can be made egg free. just use the egg substitute. they have awsome cakes and they're gluten free too! ~Carmen~

Cherrybrook Kitchen sells cake mixes that are peanut, egg, and dairy free. You can buy them on Amazon.com or if you have a whole foods store around you they may be there. Betty Crocker frostings are almost always egg and milk free.
