what did you do to replace your caffeine after giving up soda?

What can I do next?

I've moved to iced tea, except for lunch, when I still have a coke. :-)

Soda is really bad because of the corn syrup. I drink Snapple ice tea. Gives me the boost without the syrup.

I do one coffee in the morning with agave nector and milk then drink water the rest of the day. You should loose weight with giving up soda and taking on water. I add lime juice to water or a slight bit of a juice like cranberry or grape to flavor it to make it more exciting. There is also a product called true lemon, lime or orange that is free of aspertame or sucralose. Be careful of artificial sweeteners, especially Splenda.

I have a morning cup of coffee with hills brothers English Toffee instant cappuccino. Then I drink water the rest of the day.

Black coffee and unsweet tea are considered "free" foods and have nothing bad in them except the caffeine, which I don't think is bad as long as you get enough water. If you add cream or sugar, that is when they get bad for you. Even using sugar is better than soda, though, because it isn't high fructose corn syrup.

Tea. Iced, hot black or green tea.

iced tea

also, over by the International Foods instant coffee cans in the grocery store, I found these packets of Capuccino Coolers-- you add it to fresh milk--yummy
