I have found that www.momsmaternity.com is a great site to order pumps, pump supplies among many other items. They are great to work with. Their prices were the best that I researched less than 2 yrs ago when I had my son. Cheaper than Target and definately cheaper than Babies R Us.

You can request that from the hospital when you have your baby - at least at Kettering. I have got my new tubing and 2 of my friends that have used my breast pump have also got the tubing and supplies from Kettering. They have a breast pump kit - they have to have it incase you need to use thier hospital pump.

Not sure where you live or where you are delivering your new baby, but Kettering Hospital will give you a Medela kit that has the tubing and other supplies for free. I would call your hospital and check with them before you search all around and pay out any more money. They did this with both of my kids and then when my boys got sent to Children's hospital with jaundice they wanted me to pump there and they gave me a kit there too.
