Breast Milk
I left my Friday's pumped milk in my refrigerator in the office over the weekend. How long does it last? Should I throw it out? Or is it still good?

Fresh (unfrozen) pumped milk will last 8 days if refrigerated. It's definitely still good. I routinely did this when I was pumping for my son (would save Friday's milk to use on Monday since we exclusively breastfed over the weekends). Good for you for breastfeeding!

I generally find it lasts three days. If you smell it, you'll know. However, always better to be safe than sorry- If you're questioning it, I'd dump it. Kudos for being a pumping working mom!

8 days. It's good for 8 days, so no problem.

recommendations range from 3-5 days. You could bring it home and taste it/smell it.

as long as it was refrigerated the whole time it can be kept in the fridge for 3-5 days

I read that you can keep breast milk anywhere from 3-8 days in the refrigerator. I would think it would probably be okay, but maybe toss it just in case, not worth your little one getting sick!

I think it's ok after just the weekend.

When I was nursing my slogan was "if in doubt, throw it out." :-)

I remember it this way...6 hours in the open, 6 days in the fridge, 6 months in the freezer.
