Any of you LADIES have milk discharge after almost two years since you gave birth? I've never had this problem before but I scared of my wits end and don't know what's wrong with me. I need advices or anything I can get to relieve this problem. my breast Isn't just discharging milk but itchy and irriTating and it comes to a. Point where I would scratch so much that it would turn into a rash. Thanks for the tips I'd appreciated.

What can I do next?

Any nipple discharge or skin changes, as well as induration, should be checked by your doctor. It is probably nothing, but could be breast cancer and the sooner it is detected, the better for you AND your family. My cousin did not go to the doctor because she was scared and a cancer that she should have lived through spread to her bones and brain. Now, her kids are without a mother and her husband is without a wife, not to mention all of the pain for everyone in between. Please get it checked and I hope that it all comes out good!!!

Actually, that sounds like an infection more than milk discharge. Even when not nursing it's still possible for the glands to get infected. Time to run by you Ob/Gyn.

But yeah... 8 years out and I get the occasional discharge. My mum is over 30 years out and full hysterectomy and will still discharge occasionally. The glands still work.

I do, but not much and usually more during my mestral cycle. I produced a lot of milk but the professionals say u should not have this. I went to the dr sometimes it can be a hormonal balance but they checked all my levels all came back normal. I am 33 and have had 2 mammograms because breast cancer runs in our family. My last one which was 6 months ago they did find a small cyst. So they want to see me again in June. I know it can be scary, but do Go to a dr early detection is the best. Don't Put it off because u are scared. Every year I think the drs are always be over cautious. But I am so glad. Annoyed but glad. I switched drs a few years back because the dr I had laughed at me saying I was way too young to worry about breast cancer. I don't have the itching part that u described. They did ask me I I ate licorice or drinked a lot of caffeine. I guess that can cause some leakage. I hope this helps
