Is there a such thing as a bounce house u can put indoors in a house or place in a garage? We are having a party for our 2 year old in December and I was thinking of renting a bounce house but it may be too cold outside. This may be a dumb question but I really don't know!

What can I do next?

I think that they use really heavy sand bags to weight them down indoors. I would be more concerned with the height.....if a sliding bounce house is what you are considering. Call around and ask the rental vendors and see what they have. In our area - there is actually a facility that has a bunch of different bounce style activities that you can actually host a party at. Have fun!

Around here there are a couple different businesses (Bouncin' Bears, House of Bounce) that are large rooms full of bouncy houses and slides, and you can rent the whole room for parties and the like. Maybe if you do a local search on Yahoo you can see if your town has something similar. We are doing my sons 7th at House of Bounce in Dec.

It just depends on how big of a space you have. Bouncy house/play centers are all inside, so if you have a garage or basement or something with high enough celings -you should be able to put one in there. You would need to call the rental company and find out the dimensions and if there's a reason they won't set up indoors.

You could actually buy a small bounce house at Toys R Us and set it up in your house if you have a large room. I did some research on them before I bought mine (over 3 years ago) and was surprised with how many moms actually used them in their homes! HTH!

You can put a bounce house in your house but it is not recommended for the kind you rent. There is no way to anchor it so it does not fall over. there are some companies that have special equipment to do this but you would need to ask about it.
