Booster Chair for a Toddler
I have a 26 month old and my second due in June. We have a bar-height kitchen table, I've been using a Fisher Price Space Saver high chair (which has been great). Since it's a bar-height table, my toddler isn't ready to just sit directly on the chairs, so I'd like to find a booster seat for her so I can use the High chair for the new baby. Does anyone have a recommendation for a good booster that is suitable for a toddler?

I also love the fisher price healthy care seat - and I have tried a couple other ones on the market and they do not compare to the quality, price and ease of buckles! Don't even waste your time looking at other ones!

I believe it's also a Fisher price booster seat that you can get from Babies R. Us for ~$25.
We got it when our son stopped wanting to be in his high chair around 15 months and transitioned his sister to it a few months ago. He was in it well past 3 years old.
We, too, have a higher height table, and it's been great. It straps snugly onto the chair and has 3 adjustable heights depending on their size + a tray if needed to make it more of a high chair.

Good luck.

Are you sure you will need one?? You still have about 8 months before you really need the high chair for your new baby. I was just looking into the same thing and the cooshie chair got the best reviews, but it seemed awfully expensive for a piece of foam.

We have the same type of kitchen table and space saver high chair. My daughter is almost 30 months old. She has actually been out of her high chair since about 2 years old. She would just rather sit on the regular chair (on her knees or bottom is what we tell her). It's best to have her sit in a chair even if you have the benches - we've found that our daughter likes to jump around the benches (which I can see the fun in it) so we put her in the chair. She's never fallen off or out. I'd try that before thinking about getting a booster.
