Ok mama's I need some help on what might be going on. I am a 35 year old wife, mother of three children. I have resently started having bladder issues. I will start to have the feeling like I have to go to the bathroom. I will get up walk down the long hall to the bathroom, and I am squeezing as hard as I can not to go in my pants. This just started about a week ago.

I don't have any other symptoms other then the occassional urination pain. That though is nothing too painful. I have had infections and this is nothing like that.

Anyone have any ideas??

LOL I am not a beer drinker.

What can I do next?

Aww, another one of the joys that childbirth brings. I'd work on your kegels. But, now that I think about it I have little bouts like that now and then for some reason too. No pain, just pee that decides to flow before you make it to the seat. Mine is random, usually only happens when I'm at home. I've never taken anything for it or asked my doc. I assume its just muscle weakness. Quit drinkin so much beer Theresa :)

Because you are so busy with three kids do you think maybe you are inadvertently ignoring the early signals of having to pee? And your bladder is getting your attention when it's just too late? That mixed with lack of muscle tone in your nether regions might be the problem? That said, call your dr, always best to double check especially since you mentioned pain.

I would say to go to the Doctor and get it checked out as it could be one of many different things. The only way to really find out is to go to the Doctor and get it checked out. Take care and remember if you drink lots of cranberry juice and water, it may lessen any pain you are feeling.

It could be your bladder has fallen a bit after three and just needs a suspension. Also could be a UTI, OAB or interstitial cystitis. OAB and IC are often confused.
I hope that it turns out to be something routinely sim. It is hard for me to look for Horses because so much of my health. We often had and have to look for zebras.
I agree with the Kegels too. Good luck and feel free to pm for more information on IC

I'd call your doctor. It could just be waek muscles. Kegels are great for that. Also, just because you've had a lot infections doesn't mean that this too may not be an infection too. They can often manifest differently. Good luck!
