Sweet n Sassy at NE Mall is great. Lina is the owner/manager and will go over the top for your sweet daughter! Also, I saw an ad for their "Peppermint Spatacular" which I am going to take my daughters to for an early Christmas present.

Hvae you thought about a very grownup Tea Time at the Rose Garden Tea Room at the corner of 303 and Park Springs Blvd. in Arlington. Let them wear hats and gloves and be very dressed up and use nice manners and have a little gift for each girl at the table. Or even just have lunch there and only invite 3-4 girls or whatever you can afford. It is beautiful there and also the Wonderful World of Cooking just east of McDonalds on Hwy. 303 in Arlington.
