Birthday Gift for 7 Year Old Girl
Hi! My son will be attending a classmates birthday party this Saturday, May 05th and I would like to know what gift she would like. I have two boys so I'm not sure what she would like. I know she likes to play with the boys quite a bit so I don't really want to get her the stereotypical "girl" gift. Also, I would like to keep it $10 and under. Thanks!!
So What Happened?™
Thanks so much everyone for your help! I got a lot of GREAT ideas. I ended up getting her the Sidewalk Paint and she absolutely LOVED it! Thanks again!!!

You could always call the girls mother and ask what sort of things she likes to get an idea. Or get her a gift card and a very small gift or cute card that has music.

I have a 7 yr old daughter, and she loves to get gift cards!! This way she feels like a grown up and can pick out what she wants. A few other ideas are: hair accessories, play makeup, dress up clothes, books, arts & crafts type things(she recd a gift that was a jewelry maker she loves) snow cone maker...etc...Hope this helped some!!

I have a 7yr old daughter and a 5 yr old daughter and they enjoy bratz and polly pockets. They like little makeup kits to play with and they also like Libby Lou in the mall. Hope this helps..

I have 2 daughters one 15 and the other just turned 9. My 9 year old is a tom boy and she loves getting gift cards. Gift cards are so popular with all ages anymore and you can get them from any store. Also, sidewalk paint is really awesome and Wal-Mart carries a really cool set for 10. It is located in the school supplies section. Hope this helps!!

Board Games... Monopoly Jr., Clue Jr., etc. Great for boys or girls, and not typical....ususally around $10.

This may sound very babyish but I guarantee she will love it. How about a good old fashioned ball? Remember the great tough ones they had when we were in elem. school? Well they have them for about $10 at Wal Mart. In the sports section they have generic looking red, blue, yellow and such. And in the toy section near the outdoor toys they have them in Disney and other characters. They are the textured tough ones that can take a beating and work great for any game (ie., soccer, kickball, foursquare, and even basketball. You may get an "Oh thanks." reaction but that will be the toy she plays with every weekend while the dolls, makeup, and board games will sit on a shelf or in her toy box. They are great toys but there is a reason the classics never fade... KIDS LOVE TO PLAY WITH THEM! :)

I have a 7 year old daughter and I usually get board games for her birthday parties. I have also gotten a $10 gift card from Target...kids love to pick out their own gifts. Also, you could get one of those individual hand held games like tetris or neopets. Or you could get drop sticks for the pool or other pool toys. If you could find a $10 remote control car that would be fun too. If you know what kid of music she likes you could get her a CD (my daughter likes Hannah Montana, High School Musical or the Cheetah Girls). good luck!

You might try some gifts for play outdoors, like bubbles, chalk, jump rope, ball... Or I know Target and Dollar General as well as Wal-Mart has these little pots w/seeds in it that grows sunflowers, and other types of plants. They are like $1 and really fun, my son enjoys them a lot... Hope those ideas help!

Hi P., I have a daughter and I know at that age she liked just a cute notebook and a fancy pen. She would draw and write forever in it. I hope this might help as an idea, I know that wouldn't be very expensive.
