Bi-racial Kids

My children are mixed. I have a 3 (almost 4) yr old girl. I am looking for a salon that knows how to work with her type of hair, kid friendly and accepting of bi-racial couples. I will travel anywhere in the Vegas Valley

Thanks!

What can I do next?

Hello, My name is Jenny and I am a mother of one. My little on has yet to go to the salon, however I recently found a hairdresser who it just wonderful! This woman's name is Rosalind Gill, she works at the Galleria Mall in the JC Penny salon. She is a black woman and a master styalist...She is awesome! The last two times I needed a style I went to her and while she was doing my hair the other beauticians kept asking her for advise. She is really nice, definitly kid friendly (she has a little girl of her own) I would reccomend her to anyone!!!

cute cuts for kids might work for you and your kids it is in henderson at 1690 w. sunset road

I would try COOL KIDS they are great my son is also a Bi-racial child. I took him there when he was just 10 monts old to get his first hair cut. They put him in a car and let him watch cartoons while they cut his hair. Check out there web site and see what you think. The place is all about kids. www.coolcuts4kids.com Have a great day!

I take my son to Beverly at CoolCuts on Silverado Ranch and Eastern and she doesn't wonders with my sons hair, he is mixed as well. What I like the best about her is that she takes the time with my son and is gentle when combing his hair since it is so kinky.

Hi J.,

My children are mixed as well. My hairstylist, Nisha, is absolutely wonderful. I have followed her all over town for the past 5 or 6 years. She is now located at Allure Salon which is across from the Clark County School District. The address is 2790 E Flamingo Rd Suite C and the phone number is ###-###-####. You can also reach her at ###-###-####. Tell her T. referred you.
(A little about me...I'm black and my husband is Italian. My girls hair, thus far, is not like mine. Nisha does a great job with mine and my oldest, who is 4. My youngest doesn't have enough hair yet. LOL).

Good luck. Let me know how it goes.

-T.
