Ok Mommy friends - does anyone have a good place (website or local store) that has Bento Boxes? These are lunch boxes with dividers and some have containers. The girls are taking lunches this year and I really like the idea of these. Please help!! I am really trying to be a good mommy this year LOL

This is a great post question. I have been looking for these too. I did find at Target a ziploc container that may be of use until you find what you looking for. It is a plastic container, divided into three sections, it fits inside most lunch boxes. I used them last year and they worked out great. I can not find exactly what the particular "ziploc" container is called but you should be able to find it at Target where they keep their ziploc bags etc.

Look on amazon. They have some super cute ones shaped like pandas and frogs. Lots to choose from.

I make my own, using these containers in my son's lunch box. My store had specials on them and I just bought different sizes. They are great to have around the house too for storing leftovers:

However, a mom on a related post found the Planet Box and I am drooling over them!

Hope this helps...

Our asian (mainly the Japanese ones) markets have them. Or our "china town" districts. They are very neat. =) Good Luck!

E-bay.

Or, if you have Japanese stores in your area.
In my city, there are tons of shops for bento boxes.

Or, try this online: http://www.laptoplunches.com/

There are more traditional types of bento boxes from Japan... or those as seen on Laptop Lunches. But many varieties are available.

Good luck,
Susan
