Bedroom Set

Hai moms

Am looking for a nice bedroom set for my 12year old girl. The kind of bed I need is full bed, dresser and light stand. The most I could pay for this set is 200 dollars. If you have any in your homes that are almost new and need to dispose please advise

What can I do next?

Thanks to all moms for your nice responses. I went to Thrift Store and got one nice bedroom set for my daughter though I paid a little bit more than I bageted but its a nice set.

You might also try the Ikea store. They have alot of really hip items including furniture that's so cheap compared to most places. The best thing is- It's all NEW!

we are having a neighborhood yard sale the 1st weekend in May if you can wait. We live in Douglasville in the Chapel Hills sub only about 20 minutes on I-20 from Smyrna. Our neoghborhood yard slae is hughe as we have more than 400+ homes. It starts at 4:00 on Friday and thennresumes @ 8 AM on Saturday and there is always tons of furniture and kids stuff. Be sure to check it out!

M.,
Check out craigslist everyday for your city or a city near you. I have had success I got my boys a really nice set of bunk beds I couldn't afford new. Of course it's hit or miss but sometimes on the right day you can really luck out. If I see of anything in my area in neighborhood garage sales will email you or if I hear of anything.

Hi M.,

I too have only been in Acworth 3 wks, so finding the right furniture etc is hard. Have you tried Garage Sales and the local paper?
Sometimes you can find a bargain or two.
Good Luck
