Basic CPR

we offer both a 4 hour safety and cpr class for infants as well as tailor class for church or work groups. I do shorter demo's as well for infants and toddlers. There is a fee of course, however it is reasonable and I am a certified instructor for AHA as well.

You could also check out your local fire dept. All of them are CPR certified and many are certified to teach CPR. Check them out and see if they have someone that could demonstrate for you. Many fire depts offer CPR classes too.

I think you can go to american heart association website and see an instructional video. If you would rather do that than find an actual person. Good Luck! Great idea to be current on CPR!

My husband is a certified CPR instructor for the American Heart Association. If you are interested in setting up a class to get certified I'm sure he would be interested in instructing for you.
