I am an avid fan of all things cake even making them!!
There is a great cake esigner in Naperville that is even able to offer the ever growing 3D cakes. She did a football helmet mock for my best friend's grooms cake recently.

I agree, cakes Plus In naperville. I have purchased my daughers birthday cake from there for at east 4 times. She is nine. They make all sorts of theme cakes. Their cakes not only look good but taste good as well. I bake myself so I am a little picky when I purchase a cake. They are located at 1470 East Chicago Ave, 630/961-1411.

Try Le Petit sweet in Westmont. The woman that makes the cakes can basically do any design for you. Enjoy your daughter's party! My daughter is also turning two at the end of August.

I went through this two years ago for my daughter's 2nd birthday. I can't begin to tell you what I went through to find a bakery to make a darn Barney cake. I had no clue he was no longer popular! Anyhow, after several calls around town, our local Jewel was able to do it. I must say, it was an awesome cake. That was two years ago so I'm not sure if they're still licensed. It's worth a call. And call several Jewels because they're all different.

I would also recommend Cakes Plus in Naperville. They made our Elmo cake that was totally awesome. Just bring in your invitation and they'll amaze you.
