Ballet/Combo Classes for My 3 Year Old

My daughter is 3 and a half and loves dance! She has been taking little classes at her preschool but is wanting MORE. Does anyone know of a good place for intro dance classes for the little ones on Saturdays or evenings? I live in the Tempe area.

What can I do next?

I have a 3 year old who is taking dance at Tempe Dance Academy...the class is Tuesdays from 5-6pm, I think there is one 6-7pm as well. Trish Dwyer is the teacher...she is AMAZING with the little girls, and my daughter Molly is not only in love with "Miss Trish" but also dancing! I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend the class and school! The class does tap, ballet, and tumbling.

Best of luck,

I remember seeing a coupon in one of the many mailers we get for a dance studio on the corner of Rural and Elliot. It was for a $10 Saturday drop in hip-hop class for two children. I'm sorry I can't remember the name of the studio. I have been looking for something my daughters can do that is within walking distance and it was too far for me, so I think I may have thrown it out.

i started my daughter through Chandler rec programs. But last year we started a dance school in Gilbert. It's called Dance Element: www.dance-element.com

They have evenings or saturday mornings and it is Mom/daughter owned.

My daughter is 5 and when I wanted to introduce her to dance I went to Chandler Parks and Rec. I did not want to spend a lot of money until I knew that was something she wanted/can do. The teachers that they have are usually from the big dance places around town. I loved it because it fit my busy work and school schedule as well as it being fun for my daughter. I don't know much about Tempe but Chandler has WONDERFUL programs. Good luck!!!
