Background Movies/ Tv Shows

What is one of those movies you stop at every time it's on?

I call them background movies because I can enjoy it even though I'm doing laundry or dishes and can just hear them and not really sit down and not watch every second.

For a looong time it was "Pretty Woman."

What's your show or movie?

What can I do next?

Pretty Woman, A Few Good Men, Steel Magnolias and Fried Green Tomatoes. I will pretty much stop the channel surfing on any of those and have it on in the background. Good question! :-)

Oh, and for shows, Clean House. Those slobs fascinate me!

If I catch them on late at night I will not change the channel.

My hubby watches USA Network, bah, I would rather not. There really isn't anything on tv that I like anymore. I find most of it mindnumbing and stupid.

Well I love "The Holiday" with Cameron Diaz. Whenever I see it on, I stop everything. But, of course, it's only usually on at the Holidays!! For my husband, it is the Blues Brothers, or Smokey and the Bandit!!

I've cleaned my house to the BBC Pride and Prejudice. :)

With kids I can't really have background movies on (not my kind at least), but I've enjoyed having 300 on when I'm doing stuff, Lord of the Rings, Star Trek (the movies, I don't have the original episodes), and my husband will put on old tv shows when I'm puttering around at night, like Get Smart, Gilligan's Island, The Munsters, and Green Acres. I can do anything with an Arnold movie on, too. :)
