Are there any excercises that strengthen the back ? OR MAYBE I SHOULD JUST GET A BETTER BRA; LOL
YES, IM HAVING LOWER BACK PAIN.....MAYBE I NEED A BRA WITH MORE SUPPORT....I WILL LOOK INTO ANY SUGGESTIONS FOR A "REALLY" GOOD, SUPPORTIVE BRA OR EXCERCISES......THX

Are you a big size bra gal or just looking for a good bra? If this is the matter, I love WACOAL bras. Are you sure you are using the right size? That could be other reason that causes the back pain. However if the issue is not your bra's size,You could try Yoga.

I just saw your post. I was having lower back pain until I started doing Pilates. They are exercises which target your abs and lower back, your "core." Within two weeks, the pain was gone! I learned them from a video I bought at Walmart. I now also do some Pilates on my Wii Fit. Good luck!

Not enough information. What part of your back, upper or lower? What difficulty are you ;having? Yes, there are exercises to strengthen all of your back, focusing on upper or lower. And core strengthening also alleviates back pain.

If your back pain is caused by heavy breasts, a really good bra will also help.

The best you can do for low back pain is stretch the low back, hamstrings, and hips. Also strenghthen the abs by doing crunches. Generally need of a good bra will hurt the upper back, not so much lower. C.
