Hi Moms,

I've been put in charge of games at my cousins' bachelorette party.
I have some games I 've put together, but would like ideas on some that you have played at parties you've had or attended.
Would like ideas on naughty and just plain old fun games the bride to be can have with the girls.

Help...............
Thanks

Have everyone invited to the party buy a pair of underwear for the Bride-to-be and she has to guess which underwear came from which person. It's fun and the Bride-To-Be gets a lot of new undies!!

I have 2 suggestions. One being a fun game and the other something the bride to be will really cherish.

First the game is wrap up a gift (something inexpensive is fine) in a shoe box or something even smaller and wrap it and tape it up really, really good with heavy type tape. The get an old used veil or make one, a pair of wedding gloves and an old bra or huge granny type bra. You will need 2 dice. The object of the game is to sit in a circle. The first person rolls the dice. Whomever rolls a pair first has to start dressing herself in the bra, veil and gloves and try to unwrap the present (very hard to do with gloves on). They keep trying to unwrap until the next person rolls doubles, then that person has to get dressed up in the stuff and try to unwrap, and so on. It is really funny to see everyone put on the apparel and obviously whomever gets into the present first wins. We usually do this at least 2 or 3 times.

The other thing that my maid of honor did for me was interview and videotape my husband to be. She asked him a bunch of questions about himself or me and then I had to guess how he answered them. It was cute cause he was caught on tape and then she would pause it before his answer, have me answer it and then see how accurate our answers were. Was a great idea and a good momento to have.

Good luck!

They played "M. Jeopardy" at my party. They had different categories, like living with M., Music, working with M., etc. They even dug up some old formal gowns and had people guess what dance/wedding I wore them to! It worked out well since there were people from different parts of my life.

I went to a party where the hostess had holes put into pickles and stringed several of them on a string. (Make sure there's enough room in between them) Then she set a stop watch and there was a race to see who could eat the pickle off the string the quickest.

Another game had the guests tie hotdogs hanging from strings around their waist and dangling between their legs. We then had to squat above jars with narrow openings (sitting on chairs) and see who could put their hot dog into the jar the quickest.

Both were hilarious.

Good luck and have fun!

Hi V.,

If you're going out, there are scavenger hunts that are fun. My friend had to dance with a bald guy, kiss a stranger, and other odd things. You can get things like that at Lover's Lane.

I LOVE the idea of the undies guessing game.

Have fun!

Hey V.,
Here is a suggestion for a new party game based on a old idea. Have you ever played white elephant at a Christmas party? Zunker is based on the same gift exchange concept, but it is more competitive.

As the hostess, you wrap up gifts, or "party favors" - it can be anything - something girly, something fun, something naughty, a mixture of whatever you want.

The game consists of two rounds: the first round the players roll dice to unwrap the gifts, the second round the players roll dice to steal or "Zunker" gifts from others. The second round is timed, so it's fast-paced and exciting.

the website is www.zunkergames.com. The have versions for Christmas, Birthday, and Bachelorette parties/Bridal Showers. It really can be done at any type of event. They also have free shipping.

Hope that helps!

It's really popular now to have someone come in and teach exotic dance moves. Instead of hiring the male stripper, you learn moves you can take back & use on your man. I went to one where the hostess passed out feather boas (can get them very cheap at Oriental Trading.com or Party City-maybe even the Dollar Store) and the instructor brought in a stripper pole. It's really funny!

I've also been to several where a sales person comes in with lotions, toys, etc for purchase.

Best of luck!
