Hello L.. My name is M. MArtinez. I'm from Spain. I've been here for three years and a half. I'm student from Cal State Northridge. I'm 22 years old and I play tennis. Also, I like babysitting and during summer I work with kids teaching tennis and Spanish.

I just moved to Los Angeles (Hollywood) this past August. I am 23 and just graduated from Louisiana State University, where I was a Pi Phi and honor graduate. I currently have a marketing coordinator job in Beverly Hills from 8 to 5, but am open to maybe doing some babysitting on the side! :) I can tell you more about myself through e-mail if you like. Try your local high school. Or a local girl scouts troop, that's where I found one of mine. I know our city's dept of parks and recreation offers a babysitting course. If yours does the same they may be able to help you connect with one of the teens.

My name is R., and I have a daughter who is now 18 she is still attending Whittier High, until June where she will go to Rio Hondo College for her basics.

She is going to Major in Teaching for "The Special Need Children" all last summer she did do her field at a local summer camp, for ages 3 to 6 year olds.

Needless to say she loves children, please feel free to contact me and I can relay and request you might have for her, she is really into her school and studies so most of the time she is just at home.

I would recommend joining a MOMS group (depending on what area you live in - just google MOMS groups of Southern California) - they are big on starting activities and scrap booking would certainly fall into that category. You could also find a reliable babysitter that way. Also, to find a babysitter try the online group PEACHHEAD.

believe it or not but I've found a few really great sitters on the craigslist. I placed the ad, did extensive interviews, plus research and background checks. It worked out for me. Good luck!

I moved to LA 8 months ago from San Luis Obispo north of Santa Barbara and will move back to SLO sometime this year but I would love to get some advice from you about scrapbooking. I have tried in the past and I have one album down but now I have a big bin of scrapbook things, ie: pics, ticket stubs articles etc... and am over whelmed on where to start. I got married this year and had a baby and moved so I have been busy but I want a cool organized way of keeping my mementos. What do you do with all your digital photos?Are you in LA?
