Baby Will Not Take a Bottle Without a Fight
my baby girl is pretty much exclusively nursed.
when i do go out, she gives who ever tries to give her a bottle trouble.
tonight she cried for 45 min before falling asleep.
i fed her when i got home.
i bought the gerber bottles, after the big avent scare with the bpa plastic.
i'm ready to go buy a new bottle, does anyone like the adiri bottle that is supposed to be like nursing from a breast?
help?

When I returned to work almost three months ago my 4 month old wouldn't take the bottle either. We bought every bottle possible. The first two days back she would hold out and each day she took a couple of more oz. Now she takes it like a pro. Just make sure you leave the house and who ever the baby is with is very patient.

I tried a bunch of different bottles with my daughter. She refused them all. I wish I had a suggestion. Instead, let me just say GOOD LUCK.

the platex drop ins are the only one my son will take too. We tried an Adiri and he refused it. You can also try to cup feed her or spoon feed her your milk.

I nurse my daughter when I am home. When she takes the bottle, she prefers the Playtex disposable nursers. The latex (brown) nipple is very much like natural and the liners are BPA free. I also have the Playtex vent-aire but she doesn't care for it too much.
