Baby Tooth - Fayetteville,GA

I am 31 years old and I have a baby tooth in the front. It never did grow on it's own. What shall I do?

What can I do next?

So What Happened?™

Well the dentist recommended me to get a flipper which cost me 245.00. They ordered the actual flipper and they want to put it in. But I don't know if that was the right move. They said when I come back I will have to pay an additional 60.00 to pull it and that's it.

What has your dentist said about it?

see a dentist and see if it is an extra tooth, if not then it may be a smaller version of your permanent tooth

Hi S., I know how you feel. I'm much older than you and still have a baby tooth even though mine is on the left side. My dentist does not understand why it is still there. He said to leave it alone. If it is not hurting, go about your life as usual. Sound advice. So, if it's not bothering you, don't worry about it.

Our daughter never lost one of her front baby teeth. In her 5th grade the dentist realized that her adult tooth was on top of the baby tooth so he removed the tooth and almost immediately the adult tooth came right into place..

Just let your dentist know.. When they take an xray they will see the adult tooth up there..
