I love my Moby wrap. It can be used with new borns and because the size is dependent on how tight you tie it, it is extremely versatile. It takes some getting used to, but on the first day I owned it, I was able to breastfeed my three month old in it. You can wrap it in multiple different ways. Visit http://www.mobywrap.com/ for more info. Hope this was helpful.

go out & meet other mamas & see what they have & try out all kinds of slings! there's a local broward babywearing group and I bet there's one near you- I don't know where you live but if you go to www.thebabywearer.com/forum & sign up there (it's FREE) then look for the Forum called

I love no LOVE my Hotsling! It comes in sizes so you get the size that is right for you. My daughter is 3 now (she only is 25 lbs) but she still loves 'her' sling! I did nurse in it when she was small. But at around 6 months it was harder to nurse unless I sat down with her in it. It folds up so small and you can carry it everywhere. I hopes this helps! http://www.hotslings.com/ They come in all kinds of cool pattrens and they are washable!

I have an infantino that can be bought at Wal-Mart and it is great. They're fairly cheap compared to other slings and it still works great! There were so many times I breastfed in that without people knowing!

Hello M.,
Slings are a very convenient way to carry baby around, Howerver it can be cumbersome if the fit isn't right. Cutie P' Tutti children and maternity boutique in Orland Florida and on-line www.mycutieptutti.com carries a line of slings by "Sling lings" that have fashionable prints and a size chart to help you choose the best fit for you. It comes with info on the many different holds, breastfeeding being one of them. Many moms have found it very useful.

I love my maya wrap. It is so versatile! I wore my son up until he was around 2 and now I'm using it for my daughter. You have to make sure you get the right size for your height/weight. And if you have it on and adjusted correctly you can wear your baby literally for hours without any discomfort. I carried my son around Sea World all day when he was 10 mos. old without any problems.

I used these two : http://www.mammasmilk.com/product.php?productid=16184&amp...

and slingezee.com

the first one until my daughter was about 4-5 months and was already sitting up by herself and didn't like being in the "pouch" any more. The second one I'm still using and she is a year old and weights 25 pounds. The mammasmilk material was great because it was SPF 70 and also very breathable so she wasn't too hot in there.

Good luchk!

Congratulations! The ERGO and Peanut Shell. The fleece peanut shell runs a little small but I liked it better than the original fabric.

I had a hot sling for my baby when he was little and it was great for nursing and would let me get adjusted with both hands! As he got more mobile, I felt like the material would stretch out too much and moved over to a mei tai. I got an Angelpack off Ebay for $30. They tie around your waist and over your shoulders. I keep it in my car and use it almost every day because my 11 month old has been 20+lbs since he was about 6months old and gets very heavy. It's also easier in the grocery store, Target, etc., especially when I just want to get in and get out.

There are a couple other brands like Ergo and Beco that have buckles. I think the Angelpack does too. Buckles are great and worth the price because you can use it until your babe is a toddler! It's a great investment and the resale value is about the same.

my favorite baby carrier is the Ergo Baby Carrier. You can use it from newborn on up! (way over age 2). When you use it for a newborn it has an insert. It's also suitable for nursing. You can find them online. they're great! Good luck.
